Account Representative (State Farm Agent Team Member)
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified, motivated professional to join our team as an Account Representative. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service—helping with inquiries related to:
- coverage availability and eligibility
- policy changes and transfers
- claim submissions
- billing questions and clarifications
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients on insurance options.
- Prospect for new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:

Requirements
- Interest in marketing insurance products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and active listening)

- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong multitasking skills
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
