ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Team Member (Customer Service / Insurance)
As a Team Member with Mark Larson, you’ll help create exceptional customer experiences that support the continued growth of a successful insurance agency. You’ll use your attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and genuine desire to help people to resolve inquiries, coordinate with fellow team members, and anticipate the needs of the community we serve.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions and provide policy information
- Assist with policy changes, updates, and renewals
- Support the claims process, including submitting claims and following up with customers
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health license
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
